Free course · Italian businesses · 13 modules

Some people are looking for you and cannot find you. That is what this course is for.

Thirteen modules written for people who run a business in Italy and are not visible online: a restaurant, a hardware shop, a practice. Every lesson ends with something to do, not a summary.

and what it will cost
01·The problem

You are good at your job. It does not show online.

People search first and choose afterwards. They open the map, read two reviews and decide in a few seconds. If you are not there at that moment, they are not rejecting you: they simply have not seen you.

01

They look for you and find someone else

People looking for your service in your area look at the first businesses on the map and call one of them. If you are not there, someone else gets the call.

02

The profile that has been inactive for months

You know you should publish something. You do not know what, and every time you think about it you have something more urgent to deal with. A year passes and the last post is still that one.

03

The customers you already have

The people who have already paid you are the easiest to bring back. They are also the only ones nobody usually looks after.

02·How it works

No classroom, no deadlines.

There is no classroom, no timetable and no start date. There is an address, a password and thirteen modules waiting for you.

01

You sign up.

I ask for your name, email, what work you do and which city you are in. This helps you find examples from your industry, not sell you something. No payment, no card.

02

You read and put it into practice.

You read the lessons on your phone, five or eight minutes each. Each one ends with something to do and a checklist, and each module ends with a few questions to see what has stayed with you.

03

You reach the end.

Once you have completed all the modules, the course gives you a certificate. If you stop halfway through, you pick up whenever you want: the marker showing where you got to stays there.

03·What you will learn

Things you do, not things you know.

At the end of every lesson there is an action. These are all of them, one after another, done with what you already have: your phone, half an hour of patience and a little organisation.

04·Artificial intelligence

Not a separate module. It is in every lesson.

You do not need to know how to use it before you begin. Whenever the course suggests it, the prompt is already written: you copy it, paste it into ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, and the answer comes ready for your industry.

05·Preview

Look inside before you sign up.

Not a promise: lesson 1 of module 4, as you see it after logging in.

Module 4 · Your Google listing · Lesson 1

Create and verify your Google listing

The most useful thing you can do for a local business, and it costs nothing.

If I had to do just one thing online, I would do this: open your business's Google listing and fill it in properly. It is free, it is the first thing people see when they search for you, and for anyone working in one area it matters more than a website.

When someone searches for «pizzeria near me» or «dentist in Prati», Google shows a map with three highlighted businesses. Without a listing, you will never appear there.

A tip

Do not wait for verification before filling it in. You can add everything now: when verification comes through, the listing is already complete and goes online all at once.

Action to take, tick it off as you go
  • Log in with your Google account
  • Write the exact business name
  • Choose the most specific category available
  • Complete verification
  • Fill in every field, not just the required ones

Module 4 of 13 · 9 lessons completed out of 39

The lessons are written, with images and checklists. The space for the videos in the course is already there and empty: when I record them, you will find them there, without paying anything extra.

Three lessons per module. Four hours of reading in total, if you do them one after another. Module 13 explains how to spread them over three months without giving up.

07·The materials

What you take home.

The lessons explain. You download and use these, even months later, when you only remember the gist of the lesson. They are included, like everything else.

13 checklists

One for each module, to print and pin up where you work. Every action in the module, in order, with a box beside it.

50 ready-made prompts for AI

To copy and paste into ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, divided by industry and module. Written in English, with gaps to fill in with your details.

3 emails for reviews

The one straight after the service, the follow-up five days later, and the thank-you to the person who actually wrote the review.

The monthly content plan

Four weeks already set up: what to post, when, and how often. You add your business to it.

30 post ideas

With the text already written, for seven different industries. Change four words and publish it.

What to say on the phone

The phrases for replying to callers, following up on a stalled quote and reactivating a customer you have not seen for a year.

08·Who is behind it

The person talking to you throughout the course.

Magistro Consulting

My name is Manuela Magistro. What I am building is not an idea from this week: it is the way I have worked for years, brought to a market where demand already exists and nobody serves it well. Italian businesses that do not show online.

This course is that method, written for people who have to do it themselves.

09·What is not there

What is missing, for now.

A page that promises everything promises nothing. These three things are not here today, and I am writing them here rather than letting you discover them after signing up.

10·Questions

The things people always ask me.

The basics are enough. If you can send an email and take a photo with your phone, you can do it. Every step is explained with images of what you will see on screen.

Yes. There is no paid version, no locked section, and you will never be asked for a credit card. All thirteen modules are open from day one.

Because it is also how I let people get to know me. When you sign up, you can tick a box to be called back by a consultant from my network, who will prepare a free preview of your website. It is optional: if you do not tick it, the course stays exactly the same and nobody will call you.

The 39 lessons are four hours of reading in total. Putting them into practice is another matter, and should be done calmly: module 13 suggests thirty minutes a week for three months. There is no deadline and nothing closes.

No. Every lesson has the prompts already written: you copy and paste them into ChatGPT, and the answer comes in English. If you have never opened it, the course shows you that too.

The course says for every prompt what you can paste and what you cannot: never your customers' personal data, health data, bank details or passwords. The full rules are on the page about using artificial intelligence.

Yes, a certificate with your name once you have completed all the modules. It is worth what it is worth: proof that you completed it all.

It is written for people who work in one area and have customers who come from there: restaurants and bars, hairdressers and beauticians, medical practices, gyms, shops and professionals. The examples follow the industry you declare when signing up. If you only sell online across all of Italy, half the course is not for you, and I would rather tell you now.

It starts with module 1.

It is twenty minutes and a checklist. At the end you know exactly where your business stands online, which is where everything else begins.
